Partner terms
Effective July 29, 2026
1. Program relationship
These terms govern participation in the Impact Hackers affiliate program for Most Productive Week. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Participation creates an independent contractor relationship, not employment, agency, franchise, partnership, or authority to act on behalf of Impact Hackers.
2. Commission
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, approved affiliates earn 20% of net program fees actually collected from a qualified referral. Net fees exclude taxes, refunds, credits, chargebacks, payment-processing reversals, and uncollected amounts. The current $1,000 fee would produce a $200 commission.
3. Qualified referrals and attribution
A qualified referral uses the affiliate’s unique link, applies within the 30-day referral window, is accepted, and completes a paid enrollment. The most recent valid affiliate link within that window receives credit. Existing applicants, self-referrals, duplicate records, fraudulent activity, and leads already in an active sales conversation may be excluded. Our records control attribution when tracking data conflicts or is unavailable.
4. Payouts
A commission becomes eligible 30 days after the referred participant’s collected enrollment payment, provided it has not been refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise disqualified. Eligible balances of at least $100 are paid by the 15th day of the following calendar month. Smaller balances roll forward until the threshold is met. Affiliates must provide accurate tax and payout information. We may hold a payout while investigating fraud, a dispute, or incomplete information.
5. Promotion standards
Affiliates must describe the program truthfully, make their financial relationship clear near each recommendation, follow applicable advertising and endorsement laws, and use only approved brand materials. Affiliates may not promise outcomes, make misleading claims, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, impersonate Impact Hackers, register confusing domains or social handles, bid on Impact Hackers branded search terms, or offer unapproved discounts or incentives.
6. Brand and materials
We grant approved affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use supplied program materials only to promote Most Productive Week. All ownership remains with Impact Hackers. Materials must be removed when participation ends.
7. Privacy
Affiliates must use personal information lawfully and may not collect or expose applicant information on our behalf. We may process partner application, attribution, enrollment, tax, and payout information to operate the program. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and termination
Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend links or withhold commissions tied to fraud, prohibited promotion, legal risk, or material breach. We may update the program, commission rate, or these terms prospectively. Earned, valid commissions approved before termination remain payable.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The program and tracking are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Impact Hackers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or lost profits. Our aggregate liability relating to the affiliate program will not exceed commissions paid or payable to the affiliate in the prior six months.
10. Questions
Questions or attribution disputes should be sent to Devin@ImpactHacker.com. We will review good-faith disputes using the available link, application, enrollment, and payment records.
These operational terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before the program is opened broadly.
